One of the earliest types of plasterwork dates back as far as the Egyptians with there Temples and Pyramids. Since then we have gone through many Periods of Architecture, Roman, and Renaissance to name but a few.
Our own history has taken us through: The Elizabethan, Jacobean, Stuarts, Georgian Period and more. Since the Egyptian Period there has been one common ingredient, which is Burnt Gypsum, Plaster of Paris as we know it. Methods of mould making has changed over the years but many of the principals have remained the same.
